1. Using Gap Detector

Gap Detector helps you analyze public feedback and generate positioning ideas. You’re responsible for how you apply those ideas in your own business.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the product.
• You agree not to use Gap Detector for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your login.

2. Content and reports

Reports are generated using a combination of public data sources and AI models. We work hard to produce high‑quality output, but:

• Reports may contain inaccuracies, and should not be treated as legal, financial, or compliance advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in campaigns, sales materials, or product decisions.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

If you purchase credits or a subscription, billing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s terms and any plan‑specific limits shown in the app or on the pricing page.

4. Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime, but Gap Detector is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update or change features over time, including adding limits or changing how scans work.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gap Detector and its creators are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before a claim.

6. Termination

You can stop using Gap Detector at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Gap Detector after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
